illustration: Lino Kandinsky lino cut 'Art for
everyone' has always been one of my guiding principles, particularly that culture is an everyday thing with creativity involving us all, everyday. Culture is ordinary, as opposed to extraordinary, and
certainly a political and sociological factor. 'Every human being is an artist, a freedom being, called to participate in transforming and reshaping the conditions, thinking and structures that shape and
condition our lives' Joseph Beuys (cadged from The Social Sculpture Research Unit) This expresses itself not only in my daily life, but also through my activities in adult education and various, often youth, projects. At the moment I'm helping with 'Hauptschule in Bewegung', a
theatre project with school teenagers and 'Ein Bildnis machen', a project involving Hanover's Boys' Choir and various youth groups. Some teaching activities to date: (Deutsch)
