Lithografie Kurse von N. Packham im Sprengel Museum
Was man in Lithokurs lernt, Einführung

Recent developments have enabled me to re-activate my  lithography in the print workshop of the Sprengel Museum in Hannover, where I now offer an afternoon course for adults.  Lithographiekurs

My latest project is an autolithographical artist's book with the title 'Rock Samples' combining 60's and 70's Progressive Rock lyrics quotes with black and white lithographs, some illuminated.
NEW ON WEBSITE is the Working Proofs Tour folge ikonen zum Rundgangthrough 7 re-worked prints to the final version of the Rock Samples frontispiece
GENERAL
As a printer I have always worked on spreading the advantages of art to a wider public, which even led me to taking the printer´s type of abstract thinking over into painting and producing my hand-painted posters, as competition for department store reproduction offers. I´ve done several projects with industrial printers, using knowledge I gained in the excellent printing workshops of Prof. Karl Schulz at the Hochschule für bildende Künste, Braunschweig, where I learned all the classic techniques like lithography, etching and screen-printing. In the years 96- 2000 I  worked  more `underground´ with copy art technology. All things are in a stage of development, this is showing the truth. Photo-copying is an excellent medium for this as it produces a new (printing-) plate for each print, so to say.
Artworks can be produced by processes comparable to distilling or mining. Copyart can show the working of this refining process or, of course, the earth turned up mixec with the artistic gems.
See also Art Game cards where the working proof principle is intergrated in the artwork.
I have a large selection of prints in various techniques from all periods of my artistic activity, which can be viewed in the studio.
However, a few more prints can be viewed in my web print gallery.

The humble Xerox print is Unbefangenheit (roughly = naturness/lack of inhibition).
